Responsibilities
- Safely operate self-driving vehicles while adhering to traffic regulations during real-world testing and data gathering
- Constantly observe vehicle systems and road environments to maintain safe operations
- Remain vigilant and prepared to assume manual control in unforeseen or hazardous scenarios
- Perform vehicle checks before and after drives to confirm all systems and safety features are functioning properly
- Record observations and submit comprehensive reports to engineering and operations departments
- Work with technical staff, passengers, and internal teams by providing actionable field feedback
- Stay focused and avoid distractions while actively supervising vehicle performance
