Eram Talent is looking for a Drilling Rig Foreman to manage and oversee all aspects of drilling operations in Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for ensuring safety and efficiency at all times while leading a crew and coordinating with on-site management.
What You'll Do
- Manage and lead a drilling crew, ensuring compliance with safety procedures and protocols.
- Oversee drilling operations and coordinate with on-site management.
- Ensure timely completion of drilling operations and optimize resources to meet production targets.
- Coordinate with maintenance personnel for regular servicing and maintenance of drilling equipment.
- Maintain accurate drilling records and reports.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and minimize the environmental impact of drilling activities.
- Monitor and evaluate performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.
What We're Looking For
- B.S. degree in Engineering.
- Seven (7) years of direct experience in drilling and workover operations, including adequate supervisory experience on a drilling or workover rig.
- Thirteen (13) years total relevant experience in drilling and workover operations, including supervisory experience generally acquired by progression on a rig.
- Strong knowledge of drilling equipment and techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and making decisions under pressure.
- Good physical condition and ability to work in remote locations and harsh weather conditions.
Work Mode
This is an onsite position located in Saudi Arabia.
