Join Drees & Sommer SE as a Sales Account Executive (w/m/d), where you will be responsible for new customer acquisition in the construction industry through a SaaS solution. You will play a key role in our growth by identifying prospects, demonstrating our product, and closing deals.
What You'll Do
- Identify and approach potential customers to gain new business
- Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations
- Lead contract negotiations with leads through to signature
- Participate in trade fairs and relevant events to acquire new customers
- Take responsibility for achieving defined sales and revenue targets
- Work closely with internal stakeholders such as Customer Success and Account Management
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of sales experience with a proven track record in new customer acquisition
- Experience in software sales, preferably within the construction industry
- A strong drive to succeed and a 'hunter' mentality
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Negotiation skills and a results-oriented mindset
- A proactive and responsible way of working
- Strong customer and solution orientation
- Team orientation and the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken
Nice to Have
- Good knowledge of English is desirable
