SpikeIT Global Solutions is looking for a ServiceNow ITOM Consultant to implement and configure ITOM modules that automate workflows and optimize IT operations. The role focuses on Event Management, Discovery, Service Mapping, Cloud Management, and Operational Intelligence.

What We're Looking For
- ServiceNow ITOM certification, with CIS-ITOM preferred
- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow ITOM implementation experience
- Proven experience with Event Management, Discovery, Service Mapping, Cloud Management, and Operational Intelligence
- Strong knowledge of CMDB, integrations (APIs, MID Servers), and ITIL processes
