AURIC is seeking an Inside Sales Representative (Level 1) to drive customer acquisition in the US market by converting inbound leads and conducting outbound outreach to gym owners. This phone-first sales role supports the company's mission to help gyms reduce credit card fees and streamline operations using modern payment technology, with opportunities for advancement into sales leadership.
What You'll Do
- Convert inbound leads into new customers
- Conduct targeted outbound outreach via phone and email
- Qualify prospects and understand business needs
- Close sales or coordinate handoffs to senior closers when appropriate
- Maintain accurate CRM records (HubSpot / Salesforce)
- Hit daily and weekly activity and revenue targets
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of inside sales or BDR experience
- Near-native English fluency with a neutral accent (required for phone sales)
- Experience selling to US-based businesses
- Comfortable making high-volume calls daily
- Ability to work US Eastern or Central business hours
- Reliable 50+ Mbps internet connection and professional VOIP setup
- Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-driven
