Responsibilities

  • Ensure data integrity and availability.
  • Coordinate with IT teams to implement recovery solutions.
  • Monitor and test data recovery processes.
  • Document data recovery procedures and best practices.
  • Provide technical support for data recovery issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data management.
  • Analyze data recovery incidents and provide recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Conduct regular audits of data recovery systems.
  • Develop and deliver training on data recovery processes.
  • Manage data recovery projects and timelines.
  • Assist in the development of disaster recovery plans.
  • Participate in incident response activities.
  • Evaluate and select data recovery tools and technologies.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices.
  • Support the implementation of data backup solutions.
  • Coordinate with vendors for data recovery services.
  • Perform data recovery testing and validation.
  • Document and report on data recovery performance metrics.

Nice to Have

  • Certification in data recovery or related field.
  • Experience with cloud-based data recovery solutions.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices.
  • Experience with data recovery in a manufacturing environment.
