Responsibilities
- Compose and format official correspondence including memos, letters, and formal documents for internal and external recipients.
- Ensure all written communications adhere to established corporate standards for tone, structure, and layout.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for internal processes.
- Create and update work instructions and process flow documentation.
- Draft and revise policies and procedural guidelines.
- Produce user manuals and training resources for internal tools and systems.
- Manage document versioning and archiving to ensure accuracy and traceability.
- Revise and standardize user-facing guides for departmental systems, tools, and workflows.
- Partner with subject matter experts to verify technical content and improve usability.
- Organize and administer the department’s documentation library using SharePoint or similar platforms.
- Maintain a current record of document statuses, including active, pending, and retired versions.
- Support the preparation of meeting minutes, reports, and presentation materials.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to collect necessary data and updates for documentation and reporting.
