BlackStone eIT is hiring a Documentation & Technical Administration Officer

Responsibilities

  • Compose and format official correspondence including memos, letters, and formal documents for internal and external recipients.
  • Ensure all written communications adhere to established corporate standards for tone, structure, and layout.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for internal processes.
  • Create and update work instructions and process flow documentation.
  • Draft and revise policies and procedural guidelines.
  • Produce user manuals and training resources for internal tools and systems.
  • Manage document versioning and archiving to ensure accuracy and traceability.
  • Revise and standardize user-facing guides for departmental systems, tools, and workflows.
  • Partner with subject matter experts to verify technical content and improve usability.
  • Organize and administer the department’s documentation library using SharePoint or similar platforms.
  • Maintain a current record of document statuses, including active, pending, and retired versions.
  • Support the preparation of meeting minutes, reports, and presentation materials.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to collect necessary data and updates for documentation and reporting.
