The Document Production Specialist at Clyde & Co supports case handlers, legal support assistants, paralegals, and business development teams by producing accurate, high-quality legal documents with strong turnaround times. This role operates within a busy, collaborative environment, requiring independence and precision.
What You'll Do
- Support case handlers, legal support assistants, paralegals, and BD teams
- Produce accurate and high-quality documents
- Work collaboratively with other Document Production Specialists and Assistants
- Ensure strong turnaround times for document production
- Manage competing priorities effectively
- Work independently in a fast-paced environment
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in Document Production
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio)
- Strong troubleshooting skills in Microsoft Office
- Fast and accurate audio typing and transcription capability
- Experience with document cleaning tools and DocXTools
- Strong working knowledge of iManage
- Good understanding of legal terminology
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Strong communication skills
- Confidence working with colleagues across teams
- Good judgement, organisational skills, and practical approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Ability to handle confidential material with discretion
