Hach Company is seeking a Division Sales Manager to provide leadership and direction to a team of municipal and industrial sales professionals. You'll be responsible for driving performance accountability to achieve sales goals within the North American commercial sales organization.
What You'll Do
- Provide leadership and direction to a team of municipal and industrial front line sellers and inside sellers.
- Drive performance accountability through the use of performance management tools to ensure top talent is deployed effectively.
- Manage and measure performance using KPIs and institute countermeasures where appropriate to achieve goals.
- Develop performance improvement plans and measure performance against critical KPIs.
- Travel with sellers to coach and develop both skills and customer opportunities.
- Translate strategic objectives into tactical actions for the sales team.
- Forecast sales performance and maintain funnel review rigor throughout business periods.
- Problem solve and link organizational resources to the sellers who need them.
What We're Looking For
- An entrepreneurial nature with both strategic and tactical capabilities, demonstrated through using data analytics to analyze business climate and market trends.
- A proven track record of utilizing collaborative selling techniques to deliver sales growth, customer expansion, and market share growth.
- Demonstrated experience in building engagement across in-person and virtual teams, while recruiting, retaining, and cultivating top sales talent.
- Affinity for developing sales talent through coaching, mentoring, and proactively finding opportunities for career progression.
- Ability to drive standard work development and process improvement.
- Strong financial, bottom-line orientation with excellent analytical skills and solid business acumen.
- Willingness to travel approximately 75% of the time within the assigned territory.
Team & Environment
This role is part of the Commercial Sales Team in North America, reporting directly to the West Director of Sales.

Work Mode
This is a remote position open to candidates residing in Arkansas, Iowa, Kansas, Oklahoma, Missouri, or Nebraska.
