Scarpel Telecom is hiring a dedicated professional to champion Diversity, Equity & Inclusion as a core organizational framework. In this remote-first role, you will be instrumental in fostering a culture of fair treatment, full participation, and authentic belonging for all employees.
What You'll Do
- Promote Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion as organizational frameworks for fair treatment and full participation.
- Nurture diversity to create a welcoming company culture for a broad and diverse workforce.
- Think ambitiously and sustainably about diversity, developing ways to encourage it.
- Support and collaborate with our Remote Culture Connection groups: Minorities in Tech, Women’s RCC, Queer RCC, and Neurodivergent + Disability RCC.
- Help these RCCs build community, foster belonging, create awareness, and drive initiatives.
- Work with the People Team to bring RCC initiatives to life.
- Participate in or support DEI events, mentorship programs, and benchmark reporting.
- Act as an ally by speaking up against injustices, extending opportunities to underrepresented groups, and challenging the status quo.
Team & Environment
You will collaborate closely with the People Team and lead/participants of various Remote Culture Connection groups.
