Regeneron is looking for a District Sales Manager, Dermatology to lead a sales team responsible for the Tri-State area of New York, Connecticut, and New Jersey. You will report to the Regional Director, Dermatology, and be accountable for building and developing a high-performing team to achieve commercial goals.
What You'll Do
- Hire, lead, develop, and retain Dermatology Medical Specialists in your assigned district.
- Ensure strong and consistent sales performance that exceeds forecast and product goals.
- Drive accountability for all commercial results throughout the assigned Dermatology District.
- Work closely with Alliance partner counterparts to ensure full cooperation and transparency.
- Facilitate growth by developing and retaining key personnel within the district.
- Accomplish goals in a compliant manner with high integrity, following all company policies.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree.
- A minimum of 7 years of pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical experience.
- A minimum of 3 years of sales leadership in office-based, subcutaneous self-injectable biologic markets.
- Proven success as a District Sales Manager in complex markets and systems.
- Ability to travel extensively with local and regional influence.
Nice to Have
- A Master’s degree or other advanced education and certifications.
- A focused degree in science or relevant clinical experience.
- Specific experience in the Dermatology market.
Team & Environment
You will report directly to the Regional Director, Dermatology, and lead a team of Medical Specialists.

Work Mode
This is an onsite role. The position is based in the Tri-State area, with work locations including Wayne, NJ; Bronx, NY; White Plains, NY; Syracuse, NY; Buffalo, NY; and Connecticut.
