About the Role

At Neo Financial, we're looking for a District Sales Manager to own the success and profitability of a district encompassing up to six mall locations in BC. You'll be the pivotal leader responsible for developing Store Managers and ensuring operational excellence across your territory.

What You'll Do

  • Take ownership of your district's financial performance, ensuring profitability through effective management of Store Managers and their teams.
  • Drive efficiencies in Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) by implementing rigorous performance management and conducting regular cost assessments.
  • Lead the full lifecycle of Store Managers within your district, from hiring and comprehensive onboarding to ongoing professional development.
  • Spearhead training initiatives, including facilitating large-scale onboarding sessions and delivering ongoing company and product training.
  • Champion adherence to Neo's operational frameworks across all locations, ensuring proficiency with tools like Google Suite, Slack, and company data dashboards.
  • Leverage a strong understanding of data to analyze performance trends, interpret key metrics, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Proactively manage your own schedule to travel between mall locations daily, prioritizing based on operational needs.
  • Act as a key resource and support system for your Store Managers, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship.

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years of direct-to-consumer sales experience, with a significant portion in managing field sales teams.
  • 7+ years of proven management and leadership experience, with a track record of successfully managing teams of 10 or more.
  • A high level of training and coaching proficiency, with over 7+ years developing and delivering effective sales training.
  • A strong, existing network of high-performing sales representatives suitable for representing Neo Financial.
  • Proven ability to drive profitability and manage performance across multiple locations.
  • Strong understanding of and experience in managing Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • A fundamental and strong understanding of data analysis and the ability to interpret data dashboards to drive decisions.
  • Self-motivated and highly organized with the ability to manage your own schedule and travel independently.
  • A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
