MyFlorida is looking for a District Program Services Manager to provide leadership and a technical framework for synchronizing complex engineering schedules with financial commitments. This role is critical to ensuring the District delivers infrastructure projects on time, within scope, and in full alignment with the Department’s long-term production objectives. Our mission is to provide a safe statewide transportation system that promotes the efficient movement of people and goods, supports economic competitiveness, prioritizes Florida’s environment, and preserves community quality of life.
What You'll Do
- Supervise and direct the overall daily activities of the Program Services staff.
- Oversee the development of all production schedules with department managers, project managers, and other responsible persons.
- Plan workloads, work flows, deadlines, objectives, and time utilization with employees.
- Evaluate, train, and motivate subordinate employees to improve quality and quantity of work performed.
- Provide support in resolving problems, establishing work, and scheduling priority deadlines.
- Communicate regularly with employees both individually and in staff meetings to provide feedback and motivation.
- Manage activities associated with tracking and maintaining project schedules.
- Initiate measures and processes which ensure that production goals are properly established, production schedules are properly managed, and production accomplishments are properly measured and reported.
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of Primavera logic based templates.

Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: $91,518.53 - $118,435.75 annually ($3,967.03 biweekly)
