About the Role
This position is responsible for managing the end-to-end onboarding experience for school districts transitioning to the platform, ensuring smooth implementation, training coordination, and long-term adoption through proactive communication and data-informed follow-up.
Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding for new district partners from initiation to full deployment
- Develop customized rollout plans aligned with district timelines and goals
- Conduct virtual training sessions for district administrators and staff
- Monitor district progress using performance metrics and adoption data
- Troubleshoot implementation challenges and coordinate solutions
- Maintain accurate records of onboarding milestones and support interactions
- Collaborate with product and support teams to relay district feedback
- Create and distribute onboarding resources and communication templates
- Ensure compliance with district-specific data and privacy requirements
- Facilitate handoff to account management post-onboarding
- Respond to district inquiries within established service level agreements
- Track and report on key success indicators including activation and engagement rates
- Identify at-risk districts and implement intervention strategies
- Adapt onboarding workflows based on district size and technical capacity
- Support the development of scalable onboarding tools and processes
- Coordinate with technical teams during data import and integration phases
- Provide regular status updates to internal stakeholders
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of platform features and updates
- Contribute to improving onboarding documentation and training materials
- Assist in refining onboarding KPIs and success definitions
