Grupo CCN is hiring a Distribution Agencies Supervisor to lead our distribution network. You will supervise agencies with a focus on logistics, operations, and overall distribution functions. We look for leaders who execute strategy with a customer orientation, operational excellence, and a focus on people management.
What You'll Do
- Elaborate and control expense and investment budgets.
- Track and analyze management and performance indicators.
- Design distribution systems, restructure routes, and track the vehicle fleet.
What We're Looking For
- A degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Intermediate level of English.
- Knowledge of the mass consumption market at a national and international level.
- Experience as a Manager and/or Supervisor in Logistics, Operations, or Distribution areas.
Nice to Have
- A postgraduate degree in Business Administration.
