GE Vernova is hiring a Digital Success Manager to play a pivotal role in the post-sales customer lifecycle. This position works globally with stakeholders to ensure compliance, develop customer experience, and effectively manage renewals for our software and services solutions. You’ll provide expertise focused on renewals, retention, expansion, and advocacy.
What You'll Do
- Ensure compliance with standards, continuously develop customer experience and processes, and effectively manage renewals for GE Vernova software and services solutions.
- Execute standard operational and technical tasks associated with renewals.
- Facilitate and administer renewal activities between the Renewals team, Customer Success Managers, Partners, and Direct sellers.
- Work jointly with Renewal Leaders to enable growth and operational excellence.
- Participate in the renewal pacing process to understand operational tasks.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the Renewals team, Commercial Operations, Finance, Product Management, and other GE Vernova Verticals.
- Resolve issues using established procedures and escalate when necessary.
- Develop strong internal customer relationships and serve as the interface between Sellers and internal stakeholders.
- Participate in improvements of standard work, tools, and processes.
- Enable a collaborative culture and drive organization to improve customer and client satisfaction and responsiveness.
- Work with multiple teams and GE Vernova businesses to gather process and system data for integration into a centralized install base management system.
- Understand how to run reports and metrics and analyze data to identify trends for the renewal portfolio.
- Participate in critical Lean activities.
- Manage projects and time effectively.
What We're Looking For
- Basic experience in Customer Success and Digital Success Management. Knowledge level comparable to a Bachelor's degree or high school diploma with relevant experience.
