About the Role

Neo Financial is looking for a District Sales Manager to lead the profitability and success of our Saskatoon district. You'll be a pivotal leader responsible for up to six mall locations, directly managing Store Managers and ensuring operational excellence.

What You'll Do

  • Drive the financial performance of your district and individual malls to ensure profitability.
  • Optimize Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) by implementing rigorous performance management and cost assessments.
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop the Store Managers within your district.
  • Lead sales training initiatives, including large-scale onboarding sessions and ongoing product training.
  • Champion adherence to operational frameworks and tools like Google Suite, Slack, and company data dashboards.
  • Use data analysis to interpret key metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Proactively manage your own schedule to travel between mall locations daily.
  • Act as a key resource and support system for your Store Managers, providing guidance and coaching.

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years of direct-to-consumer sales experience (financial products preferred).
  • 7+ years of proven management experience, with a track record of leading teams of 10 or more.
  • 7+ years of experience developing and delivering effective sales training programs.
  • Proven ability to drive profitability and manage performance across multiple locations.
  • Strong understanding and experience managing Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • A fundamental and strong understanding of data analysis and data dashboards.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to manage an independent schedule and travel.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.

Team & Environment

You will manage up to six Store Managers, each managing their own store teams, and serve as the pivotal leader for a district encompassing up to six mall locations.
