Napthens LLP is seeking a Qualified Solicitor or Lawyer to join its Legal 500 Tier 1 rated commercial litigation team. This role specializes in commercial property and real estate disputes, providing expert advice across landlord and tenant and property/land matters.
What You'll Do
- Provide specialist advice on commercial landlord and tenant disputes, including rent arrears, forfeiture, eviction, 1954 Act renewals, break notices, and disrepair/dilapidations.
- Advise on issues surrounding assignments and subletting, alterations, change of use, and possession.
- Provide advice on various day-to-day property and land disputes, including disputes over agreements concerning land, rights of way, restrictive covenants, and trespass.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across departments and maintain strong relationships with referrers and intermediaries.
What We're Looking For
- Qualified Solicitor or Lawyer.
- 3-5 years PQE (Post-Qualification Experience).
- Experience in commercial property litigation / real estate litigation.
Team & Environment
You will join a team of four lawyers and one legal assistant, part of the commercial litigation team headed by David Bailey. You will report directly to David Bailey (Partner/Head of Team). The team is known for its quality of work and collaborative environment, with excellent relationships with the firm's large commercial property/real estate team and external referrers.

Work Mode
