There's massive work to be done, and we're a startup totally ready to tackle the challenge. **About the Role:** We're seeking a US-based Sales Executive to expand our 3rd party logistics business. Through our core mission of delivering delicious, sustainable meat and seafood, we've built a killer network of fulfillment centers and last-mile delivery carriers achieving 1-2 day shipping nationwide. Our custom software and unique fulfillment solutions create a complete Direct-To-Consumer (DTC) experience. In this role, you'll sell our full-stack fulfillment capabilities to consumer brands hunting for top-tier logistics solutions. **What You'll Be Doing:** • Exponentially grow our 3PL revenue by selling Crowd Cow's cold-chain frozen fulfillment solutions to DTC companies • Build and maintain a robust prospect pipeline while nurturing existing accounts to deepen relationships and expand business volume • Develop sales strategies and directly lead sales efforts, including account evaluation, service presentations, and proposal development for potential DTC clients • Execute outbound sales through cold calls, email, LinkedIn, industry events, and your referral network **What You Bring:** • Minimum 5 years sales experience in logistics, preferably selling 3PL services • Curiosity and flexibility to creatively identify leads matching our capabilities • Strong problem-solving skills as we build out our 3PL external capabilities • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills focused on relationship-building • Comfort with fast-paced environments and adaptable approach **Compensation/Benefits** While meaningful work is its own reward, we offer: • Commission-driven role with guaranteed base and high earning potential • Competitive benefits including 401K with match • Medical / dental / vision / life insurance • Flexible vacation and paid company holidays • Product testing and discounts! **Location:** Remote, U.S. based position with potential travel within the U.S. Crowd Cow is an equal opportunity employer.
