Lovable is hiring a Community Lead to build and scale our global community efforts as a measurable growth channel tied directly to core business metrics. You'll design and execute programs that empower champions, educate users, and connect builders who believe in our vision.

What You'll Do

Design and launch initiatives like ambassador programs, campus partnerships, community education tracks, and creator initiatives.
Nurture authentic relationships across audiences—students, champions, early adopters, and fans—by creating spaces to learn, share, and collaborate.
Identify and support power users and superfans through recognition, enablement, and amplification.
Create or coordinate high-quality content like guides, templates, newsletters, and memes that helps the community learn, grow, and share.
Track community health, engagement, and its impact on core business metrics like signups, activation, and referrals.
Maintain the platforms and tools that power our community operations.
Surface insights, feedback, and product ideas from the field to shape Lovable's roadmap.
Be the voice of Lovable in the wild—whether on Discord, at meetups, or during panel events.

What We're Looking For

3+ years experience in community building or programs, ideally at a PLG company.
A strong POV on what a great community looks and feels like, and experience bringing it to life.
Love building systems, but are not afraid to jump in and host a meetup, write a newsletter, or answer a Discord thread.
An exceptional communicator and connector who knows how to build trust and energy online and in person.
Deeply curious and customer-obsessed, always seeking ways to serve, celebrate, and learn from our users.
