McKesson is looking for a Service Technician Dispatch/Customer Success Coordinator to coordinate plumbing service technicians and ensure customer success for smart home technology installations. This Phoenix-based role involves scheduling, customer communication, and collaborating with national business partners.
What You'll Do
- Talk with potential and repeat customers to establish and understand their smart home installation needs.
- Perform plumbing service technician dispatch, including scheduling jobs and confirming availability.
- Learn and utilize company software for customer invoicing, job descriptions, costing, and coordinating estimates with Master Plumbers.
- Interact and act as a client liaison with national business partners to maintain top-notch service.
- Complete company-provided online product and service training within the first week.
- Assist fellow staff members in other states, regions, or projects as needed with a teamwork mindset.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of plumbing dispatch and coordination experience.
- 2+ years of customer success experience.
- Ability to schedule installations and coordinate with installers on the scope of work.
- Ability to read, understand, and follow safety procedures.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and provide exceptional service.
- Must pass a pre-employment Background Check.
Nice to Have
- 3-4 years of customer success experience.
- 1+ year of experience with Startups.
