Growth Troops is hiring a Technical Support Engineer focused on Developer-Focused Customer Success. In this role, you will provide in-depth technical support and debugging for enterprise clients, building custom solutions to enhance their experience.
What You'll Do
- Provide in-depth technical support and debugging for enterprise clients.
- Write scripts and custom solutions in Python to support integrations and automation.
- Use SQL to diagnose data issues and optimize backend processes.
- Collaborate with Engineering to relay customer feedback and identify product improvements.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in a technical support or solutions engineering role.
- Solid understanding of software systems and development workflows.
- Strong skills in SQL, Python, and client communication.
