Responsibilities
- Oversee incoming prescription order queues and prioritize dispatch workflows efficiently.
- Design and refine delivery routes considering urgency, location, and facility requirements.
- Communicate with delivery personnel to share route information, adjustments, and live assistance.
- Confirm prescription details and validate patient and facility information before dispatch.
- Monitor real-time delivery status and take initiative to manage delays or route changes.
- Address logistical challenges such as incorrect addresses, missing products, or route modifications quickly.
- Work remotely with pharmacy, logistics, and customer support teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure all documentation meets HIPAA standards and maintain precision in operational processes.
