Shape the strategic direction of technical talent acquisition by identifying scalable processes and systems that align with organizational growth. Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous refinement within the recruiting function. Use hiring metrics to uncover inefficiencies, anticipate future needs, and guide decision-making. Champion consistent practices such as structured evaluation methods, proactive candidate engagement, and disciplined pipeline oversight.
Collaborate on enterprise-wide talent projects, including the optimization of recruiting tools, operational workflows, and employer branding initiatives that enhance candidate experience and hiring outcomes.
Requirements
- Minimum of 9 years of recruiting experience, with at least 3 years leading teams of 10 or more recruiters
- Proven ability to build and scale recruiting infrastructure in evolving environments
- Leadership approach rooted in empathy, transparency, and adaptability during periods of change
- Strong organizational skills and fluency in recruiting metrics and data analysis
- Demonstrated success placing top-tier technical talent across multiple engineering domains
