Standard Insurance Company is hiring a Director of Talent Management to lead a high-performing team of HR professionals. You will drive continuous improvement in programs that support our unique culture and employee experience, collaborating across HR to ensure initiatives align with global business needs.
What You'll Do
- Oversee the creation and delivery of learning experiences and collateral for onboarding, capability growth, culture, and leadership development.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of talent management programs using qualitative and quantitative data and refine offerings based on feedback.
- Collaborate with senior HR leaders to translate enterprise talent strategies into actionable Talent Management programs.
- Manage vendor relationships and budgets for assigned talent initiatives.
- Refresh and implement a global employee development strategy to build critical workforce capabilities and career pathways.
- Lead the enterprise learning technology council and oversee the administration of the enterprise learning management system.
- Oversee the creation and delivery of leadership development experiences aligned with strategic goals.
- Evaluate leadership program effectiveness and continuously refine offerings.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, Business, or equivalent work experience.
- 8+ years of experience in HR, talent strategy, organizational design, and strategic workforce planning.
- At least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Hands-on experience with HR and talent management systems and digital collaboration tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
- High level of empathy and emotional intelligence to understand and respond to the needs of others.
- Solid business acumen with the ability to communicate how talent impacts organizational success.
- Ability to think strategically and align talent initiatives with business objectives.
- Deep understanding of HR and Organizational Development principles to design strategies improving effectiveness.
- Provides coaching and development opportunities and fosters a team culture focused on collaboration and accountability.

- Compensation: $122,250.00 - $195,500.00
