Job Summary: We are searching for an innovative and skilled Solutions Consultant to become part of our team. The perfect candidate will possess extensive expertise in clinical research technology and trial processes, with a genuine commitment to supporting clients in enhancing their recruitment and operational strategies. This position requires strategic engagement with clients to comprehend their unique challenges, showcase our technological capabilities, and guarantee smooth implementation and adoption. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with sales and product departments to analyze client requirements and design targeted technological solutions - Execute comprehensive product demonstrations and presentations for potential client prospects - Create and implement personalized solutions addressing specific client needs - Supply advanced technical guidance and support throughout the sales engagement - Support clients during technology solution implementation and system integration processes - Design and facilitate comprehensive training programs and interactive workshops to maximize product utilization - Coordinate and manage comprehensive RFP processes involving cross-functional internal stakeholder collaboration - Continuously monitor and analyze emerging industry trends and technological advancements in clinical research domains Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Information Technology, or comparable discipline - Minimum of 3-5 years experience in solutions consulting or analogous professional role, ideally within clinical trials or healthcare technology sectors - Minimum of 2-3 years experience working at clinical study sponsor organizations - Comprehensive understanding of clinical trial methodologies and regulatory frameworks - Exceptional communication and presentation capabilities - Capacity to transform intricate technical concepts into accessible, client-friendly explanations - Demonstrated proficiency in managing multiple concurrent projects and consistently meeting critical deadlines - Advanced problem-solving capabilities and meticulous attention to detail - Flexibility and willingness to travel as organizational requirements dictate Preferred Qualifications: - Advanced graduate degree in relevant professional field - Comprehensive experience with comprehensive study startup, enrollment, and clinical trial technology vendor ecosystems - In-depth understanding of regulatory compliance standards including FDA, EMA, and ICH guidelines
