Visa is looking for a Director, Small Business Product, Loyalty and Partnerships to play a central role in developing its global small business benefits proposition. This position manages the curation, marketing, enrollment programs, budget, and reporting for all global SMB benefits, partnering with regional stakeholders and vendors.
What You'll Do
- Develop the foundational narrative and value propositions for each benefit and the regional benefit portfolios
- Partner with regions to identify, package, and commercialize the most attractive benefit packages
- Establish and run a centrally-managed product development and governance structure for Visa Global Benefits
- Define the roadmap for Visa SMB Benefits and oversee its planning, prioritization, and execution
- Partner with VCS colleagues to define and prioritize needed benefit enrollment and management features
- Ensure product development aligns with the overall Visa 2030 product strategy
- Establish and standardize processes for a simplified sales, implementation, and onboarding model
- Develop training materials and technical guides for each benefit and region
- Support development of sales and go-to-market documentation
- Educate and empower regional teams to drive client adoption and market penetration
- Serve as subject matter expert for the portfolio of Visa Global SMB Benefits
- Develop KPIs and monitor performance for each benefit and regional portfolios
- Demonstrate thought leadership and enable flawless execution
What We're Looking For
- 10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 8+ years with an Advanced Degree or 3+ years with a PhD
Nice to Have
- 12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 8-10 years with an Advanced Degree or 6+ years with a PhD
- MBA or Advanced Degree is desirable
- Deep product management experience within commercial/B2B payments and Small Business software
- Prior experience with product incentives or card products
- Experience developing thoughtful narratives to drive value propositions to adoption
- Ability to own and manage a dynamic budget across multiple stakeholders in multiple regions
- Experienced product leader with a record of creating new product capabilities from concept to industry leadership
- Proven track record of developing and executing a product vision based on customer needs
- Demonstrated thought leadership and aptitude to think creatively and identify new opportunities
- Experience managing partnerships across cross-functional teams to influence roadmaps
- Excellent ability to develop and communicate strategy, and secure internal investment
- Natural collaborator with excellent communication skills and strong executive presence
- Self-motivated and comfortable with ambiguity, with maturity to influence across multiple levels

Benefits & Compensation
- Salary: $192,300.00 to $307,600.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments + equity eligibility
