About the Role

Visa is seeking a Manager for Global SMB B2B Partnerships to build and lead a critical enablement function. You will be at the forefront of driving growth for the Visa Commercial Solutions (VCS) portfolio by empowering and expanding our SMB B2B partnerships worldwide.

What You'll Do

  • Drive growth by accelerating SMB B2B partnership opportunities.
  • Identify incremental revenue and use-case expansion within the existing partner portfolio.
  • Screen the market for potential B2B players to categorize, prioritize, and target.
  • Use analytical techniques and creative thinking to identify client fit and build pipeline.
  • Work with business development teams to develop go-to-market plans and pitch partners.
  • Source new partners through inbound inquiries, industry events, and research.
  • Execute activities to onboard partners, negotiate contracts, and track pipeline.
  • Engage with stakeholders across product, sales, and operations to accelerate commercialization.
  • Work with product teams to evolve the global value proposition and platforms.
  • Build new relationships with strategic players to agree on areas of mutual benefit.
  • Act as the liaison for partners, proactively solving issues and challenges.
  • Manage ongoing global partnership relationships as required.

What We're Looking For

  • 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree, or 2 years with an Advanced degree, or 0 years with a PhD.

Nice to Have

  • 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree, or 4 or more years with an Advanced Degree, or up to 3 years with a PhD.
  • A commercial growth mindset and experience in a client-facing, revenue-generating environment.
  • A business development mindset to spot new opportunities and generate leads.
  • Strong operational skills for partner onboarding, negotiation, and risk management.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills to conduct market analysis and identify business opportunities.
  • A desire to work hard, be entrepreneurial, and proactively spot and drive opportunities.

Team & Environment

This role is part of a newly established team focused on building Visa’s global SMB B2B partnership function.

Work Mode

This is a hybrid position.
