Southern Glazer’s is seeking a Director of SC&O Technology Strategy to join an agile team of high-performing Directors and Senior Directors. This role leads and executes the company’s long-term Supply Chain & Operations Vision and Strategy Program. You will have cross-functional influence and collaborate frequently with the Chief Supply Chain Officer on strategic technology initiatives.

What You'll Do

Identify, evaluate, and recommend technology solutions that align with strategic goals and enhance end-to-end supply chain performance.
Analyze data from multiple sources to support informed business decisions and identify industry trends.
Partner with internal stakeholders to develop integration plans that improve efficiency, customer experience, and operational outcomes.
Build strong relationships and collaborate across teams to drive key initiatives, influence without authority, and ensure seamless technology integration.
Scout, evaluate, and pilot innovative technologies to foster operational excellence and lead rapid proof of concept and pilot projects.
Manage partnerships with external technology providers and research institutions to expand capabilities and stay ahead of industry shifts.
Champion change management, promote technology adoption, and establish governance for responsible deployment.
Represent the company at industry forums and contribute thought leadership.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree.
10+ years of overall work experience.
5+ years leading innovation or emerging technology programs.
Hands-on experience working in a supply chain operation, AI, automation, IoT, or robotics.
Ability to blend technical expertise with understanding of business needs and strategic thinking.
Experience with external partnerships and technology scouting.
Knowledge of technology, governance and compliance.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

Experience in CPG or distribution industry.
