Responsibilities
- Manage regional operations and service implementation across all sites to ensure consistency with corporate objectives, adherence to industry regulations, and effective delivery of Marine Service functions
- Assume complete profit and loss accountability for the region, driving ongoing improvements that increase profitability, streamline resource allocation, and improve financial outcomes
- Guide and strengthen high-performing teams by fostering a culture of responsibility, technical proficiency, and customer orientation through focused coaching and performance management
- Promote close coordination between service locations, After Sales/Product Lines, and New Equipment Sales to create a cohesive regional strategy and enhance customer experience
- Advance regional strategic expansion by uncovering and cultivating new opportunities in emerging Northern European markets while ensuring service preparedness for advanced marine and offshore technologies
