Vi (Vodafone Idea Limited) is seeking a Manager to be accountable for the quality and performance of the circle RAN network. In this leadership role, you will drive network excellence and a superior customer experience through rigorous analysis and optimization.
What You'll Do
- Analyze network performance through OSS, drive test, and crowd-sourced data to optimize the 2G/3G/4G/VoLTE network and improve customer experience.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the circle zonal team on all RAN network aspects.
- Perform in-depth analysis of end-to-end KPIs and propose technology actions to improve performance.
- Conduct network health checks to ensure consistent performance, including driving SA alarms and parameter audits.
- Support new site rollout to achieve monthly targets by driving database audits, SCFT audits, and performance monitoring.
- Coordinate with partners, Central Quality, and SNOC teams for the implementation and acceptance testing of new nodes and features.
- Apply expertise in new feature trial and implementation.
- Ensure utilization monitoring and timely optimization or deployment of radio network capacity, license capacity, 4G spectrum, and Transmission BW upgrades.
- Foster development and synergy to deliver a high-performance culture and safety.
- Derive insights from customer complaint analysis and recommend corrective actions.
What We're Looking For
- In-depth technical knowledge in radio network parameters & optimization (2G/3G/4G/VoLTE).
- Excellent domain knowledge and hands-on experience with optimization tools.
- Very good analytical skills to troubleshoot network quality KPI degradation and customer complaints.
- Strong leadership, people management capability, strategy handling skills, and excellent cross-functional coordination.
- A professional who is customer-centric, innovative, ambitious, competitive, calculated in risk-taking, and task-oriented.
Team & Environment
You will lead a team of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), fostering collaboration and technical excellence.
Work Mode
This is an onsite position located in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
