Ferrero Group is hiring an Operations Maintenance Manager to lead equipment maintenance and reliability, ensuring production excellence. In this role, your maintenance expertise and people leadership will directly drive safe, efficient, and compliant operations for the Brantford facility.
What You'll Do
- Oversee a team of approximately 70 associates, including Maintenance Supervisors and Technicians across several large production areas.
- Ensure equipment reliability to meet production schedules, quality standards, and efficiency targets.
- Lead and manage preventive maintenance programs and maintenance planning.
- Oversee supervisory leadership, ensuring alignment of teams, priorities, and performance.
- Manage maintenance records, spare parts inventory, and cost controls.
- Analyze performance data, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, quality, purchasing, and reliability teams.
- Work with vendors and contractors and support budget and capital investment activities.
- Drive continuous improvement using LEAN and operational excellence principles.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate maintenance policies, procedures, and training.
What We're Looking For
- 4-7 years of experience leading large industrial maintenance teams on a large scale.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of industrial equipment, maintenance practices, and production processes.
- Proven experience in people leadership, coaching, and performance management.
- A solid understanding of business, resource planning, and cost-benefit decision-making.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- The ability to monitor performance and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
Team & Environment
You will lead a team of approximately 70, including Maintenance Supervisors and Technicians, and report to the Head of Maintenance for the Brantford facility.

- Annual salary range: $110,000 - $160,000.
