AccorHotel is looking for a Director Sales, Luxury & Lifestyle, Mexico to lead our commercial strategy and growth for luxury and lifestyle brands across the country. You will champion our brands, drive revenue performance, and strengthen our presence in this key market.
What You'll Do
- Lead the luxury and lifestyle sales strategy across Mexico, aligning with broader Americas and global business objectives.
- Manage Accor Preferred partnerships and HERA relationships, ensuring each has a clearly defined strategic and sales marketing plan tailored to the Latin American market.
- Collaborate with hotels to support positioning, contracting, and sales opportunities within the region.
- Identify market trends and unlock new opportunities.
- Represent Accor’s luxury and lifestyle brands at key regional trade shows, client events, and industry forums.
- Support the execution of sales & marketing to maximize partner engagement and revenue performance.
- Assist with budget planning and provide input into regional forecasting and business planning.
- Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and encourage a culture of collaboration, excellence, and accountability.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 5 years experience in luxury hotel sales, with a focus on the Latin American market.
- Deep understanding of regional travel agency and consortia networks.
- Strong track record of building and managing successful sales strategies in complex, multicultural markets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Spanish.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently while collaborating closely with regional and global teams.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively within Latin America.
Nice to Have
- Portuguese is a strong asset.
- Experience with Salesforce or ANAIS is preferred.
