Clarivate is seeking a Director, Revenue Operations to lead cross-functional initiatives aligning financial planning, revenue reporting, sales strategy, and commissions for our Intellectual Property business segment. You will implement KPIs and system changes to support sales go-to-market priorities and drive operational efficiency.
What You'll Do
- Implement KPIs and deliverables to execute the IP Sales GTM strategic priorities for revenue and sales reporting, insights, and analytics.
- Interpret reporting requirements and operationalize changes across systems, data, process, and reporting.
- Lead upgrade projects across groups and systems including ERP, accounting platforms, reporting tools, Salesforce, and commission tools.
- Manage the project lifecycle: planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Collaborate with finance and IT teams to gather requirements and ensure system alignment with business needs.
- Drive system enhancements and automation to improve data accuracy, operational efficiency, and commission reporting.
- Identify inefficiencies in sales and finance workflows and implement automated solutions.
- Oversee data migration and integration between finance systems and other enterprise platforms.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls during system changes.
- Develop training and documentation for end-users.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or IT.
- 12+ years of experience in revenue operations, finance, accounting, or sales strategy.
- 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 2 years in finance systems.
- Finance process knowledge (GL, AP, AR, budgeting, forecasting).
- Experience with financial systems like SAP, Oracle, Workday, NetSuite.
- Experience of working in B2B revenue/sales organizational roles or related functions.
Nice to Have
- PMP or similar certification.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and workflows for process improvement.
- Strong project management skills (Agile, Waterfall, PMP certification preferred).

This is an individual contributor role with no current direct reports, reporting to the Vice President of Sales Operations.
