About the Role

Aimbridge Hospitality is hiring a Director of Revenue to lead property teams in uncovering and seizing every revenue opportunity for our hotels. You will serve as the daily go-to for support, driving short- and long-term success through smart reporting, forecasting, and innovative strategies. This role plays a vital part on the hotel's Executive Committee, helping to shape its future while maximizing profitability.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with hotel leaders in a daily quest for yield controls, managing inventory and optimizing every channel.
  • Team up with Sales and Marketing to land top group business and boost the hotel's overall energy and performance.
  • Analyze revenue reports, solve market challenges, and use forecasting to outsmart the competition.
  • Lead energizing meetings, deliver effective reports and training, and coach the team to new highs.
  • Shine in performance reviews and events, and champion the budgeting process.

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of hotel experience OR a 4-year hospitality/business degree plus 3+ years of related experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Familiarity with hotel operations, yield management, and PMS systems.
  • Skilled in analyzing financial data, using critical thinking, and adjusting to changing demand and market conditions.
  • Excellent organizational, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Consistently maintains a professional, service-oriented approach and adheres to Aimbridge Hospitality standards.
