Lightcast is seeking a Director of Revenue Operations to strategically lead our revenue processes and systems. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving efficiency and alignment across the entire revenue lifecycle.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement a comprehensive revenue operations strategy
- Lead the optimization of sales processes, forecasting, and pipeline management
- Own and enhance the tech stack supporting revenue generation
- Analyze data to provide actionable insights and improve revenue performance
- Foster alignment between sales, marketing, and finance teams
- Design and manage commission plans and incentive structures
- Establish key metrics and reporting for the revenue organization
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related field
- Proven track record of leading revenue operations at a strategic level
- Deep expertise in CRM (e.g., Salesforce), sales automation, and analytics platforms
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into business recommendations
- Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional collaboration and process improvement
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
