CenterWell Pharmacy, Inc. is looking for a Director, Provider Engagement to develop and nurture strategic partnerships with physicians, providers, and healthcare systems. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the health plan/provider relationship, driving improvements in financial performance, clinical quality, and operational efficiency.
What You'll Do
- Develop and grow positive, long-term relationships with physicians, providers, and healthcare systems.
- Support and improve financial and quality performance within the contracted working relationship with the health plan.
- Represent the scope of the health plan/provider relationship across financial performance, incentive programs, quality and clinical management, population health, data sharing, connectivity, documentation and coding, HEDIS and STARs performance, and operational improvements.
- Make decisions related to the implementation of new or updated programs and large-scale projects.
- Implement strategic plans, drive goals and objectives, and improve performance.
- Provide input into the function's strategy.
- Foster growth and development among the Provider Engagement Team.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 5 or more years of Value Based Care experience.
- Proficiency in quality improvement processes and analyzing and interpreting financial trends.
- 5 or more years of leadership experience (e.g., as a Subject Matter Expert or mentor).
- Strong relationship building skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to travel as needed.
Nice to Have
- Master's Degree.
- Prior work experience in the health solutions industry with demonstrated success directing and leading teams.
- Living within the region (TN, AL, MS, LA, SW VA).

- Salary range: $138,900 - $191,000 per year.
