Thomson Reuters is looking for a Director, Product Sales Specialists to play a crucial role in enhancing our market presence and growth, with a focus on indirect tax, Pagero, and e-invoicing product families. This role combines deep market expertise with strong sales acumen to transform how we partner across Sales, Product, and cross-portfolio teams.

What You'll Do

  • Manage a team of sales specialists that contribute to the growth of our Indirect Tax and Pagero business.
  • Partner with the sales team on strategic sales opportunities to drive the value selling process from Discovery through Vendor of Choice selection.
  • Accelerate revenue growth with our IDT and Pagero product lines through partnerships with Sales, Resellers, and our Partners.
  • Partner in the development of account plans by identifying winning strategies as a subject matter expert.
  • Coach the team to work with customers to understand their business needs and challenges and then present tailored solutions.
  • Act as a customer advocate within the company with product development and product marketing to identify and develop customer success stories.

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years of enterprise software sales.
  • 3+ years experience selling Indirect Tax and/or e-invoicing solutions.
  • 5+ years of proven sales leadership.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
  • Proven track record of successfully leveraging the partner ecosystem to create win-win outcomes.
  • Ability to represent the company and engage customers and prospects at public events like trade shows and industry forums.
  • A strong leader that has deep knowledge of sales process, industry trends, challenges, partner ecosystem, and competitive landscape within the Indirect Tax and e-invoicing markets.
  • Built strong relationships with a partner ecosystem in the software industry.
  • A strong ability to work internally with our product teams to bring insights, sales trends, and market data to play a key role in the prioritization of future solutions to meet market growth.
