About the Role
The Director, Product Design will spearhead the design vision and strategy for our Transportation Management System and Private Dining products, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience. This role involves collaborating with various teams to create and implement design solutions that drive product success and user satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the design vision and strategy for Transportation Management System and Private Dining products.
- Lead a team of designers to create innovative and user-centric design solutions.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and other stakeholders to define, design, and ship new features.
- Establish and maintain design standards, guidelines, and best practices.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Create and present design concepts, prototypes, and specifications to stakeholders.
- Mentor and coach design team members to foster professional growth.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product design.
- Ensure designs align with business objectives and user needs.
- Manage design projects from concept to delivery, ensuring timely completion.

- Contribute to the development of the company's design system and design language.
