Responsibilities

- Ensure delivery of high-quality, scalable code
- Promote a culture of innovation and experimentation
- Work closely with data science teams on model integration
- Manage team performance and career progression
- Facilitate agile development processes and ceremonies
- Identify technical debt and lead refactoring efforts
- Support incident response and production stability
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies for potential adoption
- Champion code quality and test automation
- Coordinate cross-team dependencies for feature delivery
- Foster collaboration between engineering and UX teams
- Ensure compliance with security and privacy standards
- Drive adoption of cloud-based AI platforms
- Lead technical planning for sprint and release cycles
- Encourage knowledge sharing through documentation and tech talks
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree in computer science or related field
