Director, Planning (6 Month Fixed-Term Contract) London About the Role: This is a transformative opportunity within our agency, focusing on a newly launched skincare client. The position involves leading a recently assembled team dedicated to developing top-tier planning campaigns across different markets. The Strategy & Planning department serves as the strategic cornerstone of our agency. We are the architects of OMD Design, our comprehensive end-to-end methodology, responsible for its implementation across the organization. As such, we function as a critical bridge connecting various workstreams, encompassing audience insights, behavioral analysis, communication frameworks, innovation opportunities, sophisticated channel execution, and cutting-edge performance measurement. Our organizational structure prioritizes specialist expertise, with strategists reporting to fellow strategists rather than client services. This approach ensures optimal professional development through close peer and senior-level connections. Strategists are simultaneously evaluated on client work contributions and collaborative capabilities, effectively functioning across multiple departments. You'll be supported by a department filled with exceptional thinkers, backed by leadership that deeply values strategic planning's significance within the agency. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver, utilizing diverse tools and methodologies to ensure superior compliance and governance for our client.
