Imagine Pediatrics is hiring a Director, Partner Success

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the growth, performance, and long-term success of client relationships within a specific region
  • Develop comprehensive cross-functional Strategic Account Plans for key clients, outlining goals, actions, and measurable outcomes
  • Establish and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with client partners, serving as their primary point of contact
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with contractual obligations, including timely delivery and accurate reporting
  • Lead Joint Operating Committee meetings in coordination with regional market teams
  • Collaborate with business development to uncover and pursue new growth opportunities
  • Work with senior leadership to design a scalable oversight model for managing multiple client plans across the region
  • Create and implement a roadmap of tools and standardized processes to enhance client delivery at scale
  • Supervise manager and associate-level staff as the team expands
  • Manage client escalations and coordinate internal resources to resolve issues effectively
  • Advocate for client needs and represent their interests during critical decision-making processes
  • Partner across departments to ensure high-quality execution of deliverables and milestones
  • Communicate progress on strategic initiatives clearly to both internal stakeholders and clients
  • Contribute customer insights to product and solution development efforts to drive organic growth
