Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies for both direct-to-consumer training programs and B2B enterprise collaborations
- Recruit, guide, and manage a team of growth marketers, promoting a performance-oriented, experiment-driven environment
- Direct full-funnel campaign planning and refinement across major digital channels including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, search engines, and new platforms
- Design and refine scalable growth mechanisms such as referral systems, viral loops, strategic alliances, and content-powered paid acquisition models
- Own the top of the direct-to-consumer funnel from initial traffic through to conversion, while aligning with downstream enrollment and retention goals
- Oversee and fine-tune monthly advertising budgets in the multi-million dollar range, with accountability for key performance indicators like customer acquisition cost, lifetime value, payback period, conversion rates, and retention
- Create analytical dashboards to assess cohort behavior and attribution models, enabling informed, ROI-focused budget decisions
- Monitor and adapt to evolving platform algorithms and digital advertising trends to sustain market leadership
