Hadley Designs is hiring a Director of Talent, Hiring & People Ops

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential candidates using LinkedIn, job platforms, freelance sites, and employee referrals; assess applicants for red flags, skill alignment, and fit with role scorecards.
  • Administer trial assignments, evaluate deliverables, lead initial group interviews, and oversee the full candidate journey.
  • Evaluate and refine sourcing methods based on performance data; maintain standing candidate pools for frequently filled strategic roles.
  • Oversee company presence on Glassdoor by managing reviews, coordinating team feedback campaigns, collecting insights, and maintaining a strong public rating.
  • Produce weekly hiring analytics reports segmented by recruitment channel and position; measure pipeline efficiency against defined KPIs.
  • Create scalable processes for candidate engagement, onboarding, and retention that align with organizational growth goals.
  • Work with executive leadership to shape organizational design and workforce planning in line with business evolution.
  • Define performance standards, assessment models, and career development paths to promote accountability and professional growth.
  • Ensure a uniform, professional experience for all team members to strengthen engagement, satisfaction, and long-term retention.
  • Supply leadership with data-backed insights and strategic recommendations to improve workforce decisions and effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and partners to strengthen people operations capabilities as needed.
