Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience; ideal candidate will have 2+ years in an analytical professional services role in consulting, banking/PE and 2+ years in a business development and account management role.
- Expertise in both the pre-sales and post-sales process, executing contracts and expanding Counsel’s footprint in large complex healthcare and consumer health organizations.
- Ability to navigate complex multi-stakeholder ecosystems, building consensus and providing innovative solutions.
- Motivation to build and navigate ambiguity; you are highly energized working in a fast-paced, early-stage company with evolving processes.
Nice to Have
- Experience in healthcare, digital health, health tech, or related consumer technology industries is highly preferred.
