Siete Foods is hiring a Director of Sales - Walmart & Sam's Club to own and drive our business with these critical retail partners. This full-time, remote field sales position is based in Bentonville, AR, placing you at the center of this key account relationship.
What You'll Do
- Own and manage the total Siete Foods business for Walmart and Sam's Club.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive growth and market share.
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key retail buyers and decision-makers.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and optimize performance.
- Forecast business accurately and manage the P&L for the assigned accounts.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing national or key account sales for consumer packaged goods (CPG).
- A track record of successful sales growth and relationship management with Walmart and/or Sam's Club.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform strategy.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote field sales environment.
Work Mode
This is a full-time, remote field sales position. The role requires a physical presence in the Bentonville, AR area to effectively manage the account relationships.
