Responsibilities
- Manage a specified geographic area focused on assisted living and residential care facilities.
- Oversee all stages of the sales process, including identifying prospects, needs assessment, presentations, contract negotiation, onboarding, growth, and account retention.
- Maintain a portfolio of up to 15 active client accounts at various stages of the sales cycle.
- Develop and sustain direct relationships with administrators, owners, and clinical leadership within the assigned territory.
- Own personal performance metrics, sales forecasts, and compensation outcomes.
