Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end candidate sourcing through LinkedIn, job boards, freelance platforms, and employee referrals, evaluating applicants for red flags, skill alignment, and fit with evaluation scorecards.
- Administer test projects, evaluate deliverables, conduct initial group interviews, and oversee the full candidate journey from application to offer.
- Continuously assess and refine sourcing channels based on performance data, maintaining proactive talent pools for frequently hired, high-impact roles.
- Monitor and maintain employer reputation by managing Glassdoor presence, coordinating employee review campaigns, collecting feedback, and addressing concerns to preserve company rating.
- Generate weekly reports on hiring pipeline metrics segmented by channel and role, measuring performance against defined KPIs.
- Lead the development and rollout of people systems focused on talent engagement, onboarding, and retention, aligned with company expansion goals.
- Partner with executives to design organizational structures and plan workforce capacity in line with shifting business demands.
- Define performance standards, create evaluation models, and map career development paths to promote accountability and professional growth.
- Cultivate a consistent, professional experience for all talent to strengthen engagement, job satisfaction, and long-term retention.
- Deliver actionable workforce insights and data-backed recommendations to leadership for strategic decision-making and improved team effectiveness.
- Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to scale and enhance people operations as needed.
