Hippocratic AI seeks a Director of Recruiting to design, lead, and scale our global hiring function. You will set the long-term recruiting strategy, oversee full-cycle hiring, and elevate our employer brand as we build towards our mission to transform healthcare.
What You'll Do
- Partner with the executive team to forecast workforce needs, align recruiting priorities with business goals, and establish clear hiring roadmaps.
- Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across engineering, product, clinical, compliance, and senior leadership roles.
- Recruit, mentor, and inspire a high-performing internal recruiting team while managing external search partners and agencies as needed.
- Design scalable recruiting infrastructure, leveraging best-in-class tools, processes, and data-driven analytics.
- Create an inclusive candidate journey that highlights our values and differentiates us in the market.
- Collaborate with Marketing and People teams to amplify our mission and position us as the employer of choice.
What We're Looking For
- 12–15 years of progressive recruiting experience.
- 5+ years in leadership roles driving team and org-wide talent acquisition strategy.
- Proven track record of success hiring in technology, healthcare, or AI-driven environments.
- Deep knowledge of both technical and non-technical functions.
- Demonstrated experience building scalable recruiting operations, from tools and workflows to analytics and reporting frameworks.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and influence skills.
- Strong passion for mission-driven work and a deep belief in the power of people to drive organizational success.
