Hippocratic AI seeks a Director of Recruiting to design, lead, and scale our global hiring function. You will set the long-term recruiting strategy, oversee full-cycle hiring, and elevate our employer brand as we build towards our mission to transform healthcare.

What You'll Do

Partner with the executive team to forecast workforce needs, align recruiting priorities with business goals, and establish clear hiring roadmaps.
Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across engineering, product, clinical, compliance, and senior leadership roles.
Recruit, mentor, and inspire a high-performing internal recruiting team while managing external search partners and agencies as needed.
Design scalable recruiting infrastructure, leveraging best-in-class tools, processes, and data-driven analytics.
Create an inclusive candidate journey that highlights our values and differentiates us in the market.
Collaborate with Marketing and People teams to amplify our mission and position us as the employer of choice.

What We're Looking For

12–15 years of progressive recruiting experience.
5+ years in leadership roles driving team and org-wide talent acquisition strategy.
Proven track record of success hiring in technology, healthcare, or AI-driven environments.
Deep knowledge of both technical and non-technical functions.
Demonstrated experience building scalable recruiting operations, from tools and workflows to analytics and reporting frameworks.
Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and influence skills.
Strong passion for mission-driven work and a deep belief in the power of people to drive organizational success.
