Nanoverse Technologies is hiring a Director of Program Management to lead cross-functional initiatives in the fast-paced semiconductor industry. You will orchestrate programs across advanced packaging, ensuring alignment between engineering teams, suppliers, and business stakeholders.
What You'll Do
- Drive end-to-end execution of semiconductor programs from concept through design, validation, field test and production ramp.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, field service, and supply chain teams to ensure program milestones are met.
- Identify technical and operational risks early; develop mitigation plans and contingency strategies.
- Own program timelines, resource allocation, and budget tracking to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Provide clear, concise updates to executives and cross-functional partners; optimize cross-functional communication; escalate issues with context and solutions.
- Champion continuous improvement in program execution, leveraging tools and methodologies like Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma.
- Coordinate with external vendors and partners to ensure 3rd party deliverables meet program schedule, cost, and quality.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of technical program management experience in the semiconductor industry.
- Strong understanding of capital equipment design, manufacturing processes, and product lifecycle.
- Proven ability to manage complex programs with multiple dependencies and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Experience with tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or equivalent.
Nice to Have
- MBA or PMP certification.
- Familiarity with semiconductor fabrication manufacturing environments.
- Experience working with global teams and managing programs across time zones.
- Background in capital equipment product development.
